SHIPPING

Illumina Murano uses the services of reputable shipping agents for a door-to-door service with tracking (depending on destinaton: SDA (Italy), TNT, DHL, FedEX) 

Our chandeliers are shipped directly from our workshop in Murano, Venice. They are packed with paper and polystyrene packing materials in cardboard boxes. 

Once your shipment departs you will receive a notification by email with the tracking number so that you will know exactly when your chandelier(s) will be delivered. 

All of the shipping documents are provided ensuring a smooth passage through customs on arrival in your country (where applicable).  

Please note:  Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping is available upon request.

Damage in transit: Although carefully packed, occasionally glass pendants can be damaged in transit. We will send replacement piece(s) at our expense, as long as due care has been taken when unpackaging.
